Safety policy
Taj Al Khaleej Company is fully committed to a policy of preventing and eliminating all undesirable events that may result in loss of life or property, injury to employees, or damage to the client's assets and company.
The management's primary objective is to ensure the safety of employees, protect company assets, and maintain a healthy environment in workplaces and residential areas.
The management policy also stipulates that a comprehensive review of safety, health, and environmental issues be prioritized before discussing any other matters related to the business and technical aspects of the company.
The management is committed to providing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and hazard-free work environment by using safely designed factory equipment, applying sound engineering practices, setting performance standards, ensuring efficiency through employee training, timely risk assessment and management, and conducting audits to ensure strict compliance with the company's safety standards.
In line with this policy, all employees are required to identify and report any undesirable incidents to their supervisors, and to strive to reduce, if not completely eliminate, the causes of loss of life, property, materials, and the environment by all practicable means. The management also ensures that all company contractors (and subcontractors), suppliers and transportation companies strictly adhere to all applicable safety rules and procedures.
